Water primrose, Ludwigia grandiflora, has not yet been recorded in the wild but has been found in garden ponds and may be available from garden centres.
This invasive species can quickly establish itself in a water body and rapidly out-compete native vegetation to form dense stands which can obstruct boating and angling.
